- How do I enrol for a course?
|

Contact us today to enrol! As numbers for each course are limited, to ensure a place, enrolments should be made at least 2 - 3 weeks before commencement. Please Note: Confirmation of a booking will only occur upon full payment of the course fee.

- What are the class times?
|
| Normal training hours at our Jandakot and South Guildford Training Centres are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. |
|
|
|
| Protective clothing and steel capped footwear/safety shoes. |
|
- What are the meal arrangements?
|
| Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided and a fridge and microwave oven are available in the lunch room. There are two lunch bars within walking distance of the training school. |

- How do I get to Consolidated Training Services' training school?
|
|
Consolidated Training Services' training centres are located at: JANDAKOT U6 / 33 Cutler Road Jandakot, WA 6164 and
SOUTH GUILDFORD 2 Kalamunda Road (Corner of Barker Road) South Guildford, WA 6055 (Entry on Kalamunda Road) Parking is available on-site at our premises. View the location maps.

- Are there any pre-requisites?
|
Yes there are pre-requisites. Students attending training must:
| • Have the necessary levels of health and fitness required to safely carry out the work and operate the equipment. |
| • Be able to speak and write English to a basic level. |
| • Be 18 years or over to apply for a National Certificate of Competency from WorkSafe WA. |

- When do I get my certificate?
|
Certificates / Statements of Attainment are issued on successful completion of all courses. Statement of Attainments will be issued within 2-3 working days. High Risk Work Licences are issued from WorkSafe and can take up to 3 weeks to be posted out.

- What happens if I want to cancel?
|
|
For cancellations where more than 5 working days notice is given a full refund will be given. Cancellations 2 to 5 working days prior to course commencement will attract a $100.00 cancellation fee. This will be taken from the payment and the remaining balance refunded / Clients will be invoiced.
Where we do not have sufficient notice (less than 2 working days) NO refund will be given.
No shows will result in NO refund.

- Are the qualifications recognised?
|
All of Consolidated Training Services' courses are accredited with the Training Accreditation Council of Western Australia and meet the Australian Qualification Training Framework (AQF) requirements. All Statement of Attainments, High Risk Work Licences and Qualifications are recognised Australia-wide. All of our courses are designed to enable individuals and companies to comply with legislative requirements and to meet with current Australian Standards. |

- How much notice is required?

| Normally a week's notice is required for a group booking, and as numbers for each course are limted, to ensure a place, individual enrolments should be made at least 2 - 3 weeks before commencement. |
