Since 1993 Consolidated Training Services has been servicing clients in the mining, earthmoving and industrial areas, training operators on all types of earthmoving machinery
Training of operators is competency based, with the emphasis on safe, efficient, and productive use of all makes and models, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB and various other brands that are available today.
The range of machinery that we train on includes excavators and loaders of all sizes, dump trucks, graders, dozers (both track and wheel), and any other mobile plant used in the mining/ earthmoving industries.
Consolidated Training Services also train on forklifts, elevated work platforms and cranes and run courses in dogging and basic rigging to Worksafe Australia standards. On successful completion of the courses we issue notices of assessment and process the paperwork through Worksafe if required.
The repeat business from major mining houses, contractors and suppliers such as Westrac, Komatsu, CEA Equipment, Western Mining, CRA, BHP Billiton, Alcoa, Brambles, Downer EDI, Clough Engineering, HWE Mining, Newcrest, Paddington Gold, Hanson and Readymix, to name a few, should speak for itself.
Consolidated Training Services also specialise in troubleshooting for clients in Australia and overseas. Where productivity is not being achieved on a site or there are excessive maintenance costs, we will visit the site to identify areas that require remedial action and work with management and trainers to resolve the issues.

Our Staff
The trainers employed by Consolidated Training Services are experienced hands on people with a proven track record in working with operators of all nationalities in all types of mining and industry, both in Australia and overseas.
Certificates held by our trainers include Restricted Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency, Cert IV in training and assessing, Worksafe assessing in various disciplines, and St Johns Senior First Aid.
